{August 19, 2009}   It’s Tuesday!

Yay  for me!!  I got up at 7:30 AM–ate a great breakfast–two poached eggs on 12-grain toast, ONE cup of coffee (yes, I know–coffee depletes adrenal glands, leaches calcium, yadda yadda–but everything in moderation right–I know there’s antioxidants in there too!) I took my supplements with a large glass of room temperature water.  Did you know that COLD water lowers your metabolism, causing weight gain? 

I have 10 more minutes of my first session of “computer time” and then I’ll prepare a healthy lunch for my girls.  I’ve got an extra one today as my oldest is having a sleep over :)  The girls are outside on the trampoline!

After lunch I’m heading upstairs to my bedroom for an hour of power cleaning in that scary closet of mine!!  Then off for a 1/2 hour (or more) power walk while the girls play at the park!

Enough for now….

Well…the park was rained out.  I went way over on my daily computer allotment.  AND,  I did not get my closet cleaned out :(  

However, not to beat myself up too much….I did enjoy watching the girls excel in their swimming lessons.  Somehow I ended up with three extra girls sleeping over.  I made a great supper for all of us and witnessed a wedding on my front lawn!  LOL!!  The girls got all dressed up, make-up, nail polish, curled hair, fancy dresses, high heels and even stuffed bras!!  Except for the groom of course…she wore a lovely long black shirt and tie hanging out over her blue jeans, her hair pulled back in a pony tail.  There was a flower girl, my daughter officiating, a kiss that sent everyone into hysterics, and a party afterward.  We all danced, laughed and had a blast.  Then the girls watched the slide show presentation of the pictures I took – over and over and over.  Now they are up watching a scary movie and tried to convince me they were going to sleep in the 5th Wheel in the back yard.   I`m the bad guy now as I told them they`d better stay in the house tonight. 

Off to shower – cleansing all my parts and visualizing all my worries, aches, stresses being washed down the drain.  I’ll take my Cal-Mag supplement and then I’ll fall asleep to one of my meditation CDs, and giggly girls!

Tomorrow`s Goals?  All the things I didn’t complete today!  And and extra long work out to make up for today’s lethargy.
